Extend-A-Care works hard to make parents’ monthly fees affordable, therefore offering child care services to as many children as possible.

Parents who do not qualify for financial assistance pay a set monthly rate, please see your child’s districts link under the fee category. 

For families who qualify for free/reduced lunches and are working or are in training programs for a required number of hours will pay fees on a sliding fee scale according to their gross monthly income and number of family members.

*August and September fees are due August 1st. The above fees and payment schedule may not apply to families paying reduced fees, who must pay according to their contracts.

Fees for Additional Children in Family

Each additional child from the same family receives a $15 discount for full months and a $7 discount for August,December, January and March.

All Day Child Care Fees

Student Holidays: $27

Winter Break Camp: $27 per day for sessions of varying length, $135 for the five day session

(Parents who pay their child care fees in advance for the semester or school year may take advantage of free Student Holidays during the paid period. These do not include Winter Break, Spring Break or Summer.)

Summer Day Camp 2013 fees will be announced in the spring.

2012-2013 All-day Child Care and 1 Hour Pre-K Fees

*One-hour care for Pre-K children (1:30 – 2:30 p.m.) at Blazier, Brentwood, Casey, Casis, Graham, Hart, Jordan, Menchaca, Overton, Patton, Pecan Springs, and Walnut Creek.
