now offers after-school services at Guerrero-Thompson Elementary. We are pleased to extend our services to the families in the community.
Extend-A-Care for Kids provides
on-site after-school childcare at elementary schools in
Austin, Del Valle and Hays Consolidated ISDs, KIPP Austin, Eden Park Academy and REAL Learning Academy. Our
programs are designed to accommodate the needs of working
parents by being both affordable and high in quality. We offer a variety of outdoor and indoor activities including time
for reading and homework, supervised sports, field trips,
creative arts, table games, math and science projects,

Club EAC is a new program that will provide 4th and 5th graders the opportunity to choose clubs of interest during afterschool hours. This exclusive program will provide students with intriguing activities that enhance leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Clubs include: Kindle (Technology), Fitness, Drawing/Calligraphy, Book Club, Photography, and Gardening.
Selected schools for 2013-14 will include: Andrews, Blanton, Norman, Ortega, Sims, Campbell, Govalle, Sanchez, Linder, Baty, Brentwood, Bryker Woods, Barton Hills, Casis, Kocurek, Maplewood, Oak Hill, Patton, Sunset Valley, Elm Grove and Fuentes. More locations to come during Spring 2014.
