Extend-A-Care is offering an educational, inclusive program for all Austin-area children ages 3 - 5 at Cunningham, Gullett, Langford, Odom and Perez Elementary.

The programs are in a classroom within the school or a portable on campus.  The teacher to student ratio is at max 6:1.  Each location will staff a lead teacher who is certified by the state as a director with at least 4 years of licensed child care experience and an assistant lead teacher.  Every staff member is certified in 1st Aid and CPR.  Has a criminal background check and FBI fingerprint history check done prior to being at the centers.  Each year the staff have to attend continue training for 15-20 hours a year.
