Summer Day Camp

Extend-A-Care for Kids' Summer Day Camp is the place to keep your children physically active and engaged in enriching learning activities during the oftentimes lackadaisical summer months.  Our Day Camp encourages children to make new friends, and explore interesting hobbies and subjects. 

Summer Information:

1. A child care program licensed by the State of Texas

2. Convenient camp sites at elementary schools in Austin ISD, Del Valle ISD, and Hays CISD

3. Full-day hours: 7:15 a.m. (7 for HCISD) to 6:30 p.m.  Part-day: 7:15 to 12:45 or 12:30 to 6:30 p.m.

4. Morning—Specialty Sports which include 2 weeks of each sport kickball, soccer, softball, basketball, frisbee golf and more and Field Trips to bowling, skating, IMAX, museums, parks, plays and a special ALL-DAY trip to SplashTown in San Antonio (older kids) or a day full of multi-local field trip hot spots (younger kids).  Click here to view field trips and specialty sports calendars for each summer location.

5. Afternoon—Swimming twice a week      

6. We provide breakfast, a lunch drink, and an afternoon snack

Step 1: Fill out Summer Day Camp Application

Click here to download your Summer Day Camp application where you will select the sites and sessions.  Please note that you will have to mail, fax or e-mail the Summer Day Camp application and payment to complete your registration process (this is a legal size document).    

Step 2: Apply Online under the Registration Tab

Click on the Registration tab and fill out our standard on-line enrollment application so we can receive specific information about your child.

If you would like a complete Summer Day Camp application packet mailed to you, call our business office at (512) 472-9929 ext 405 and give us your mailing information or email us your mailing information at info@eackids.org.  If you would like additional information about the summer day camp program or the after-school program, please call our business office at (512) 472-9402. Please be sure to turn in a completed enrollment application with a $25 registration fee per child, availability is on a first come first serve.  Financial Assistance Available for families who qualify otherwise the weekly fees range from $150 – $155 per week (depending on district).
